Look for help from somebody that knows how to program, you should learn also but those sites have big teams of programmers to achieve what you see, you can always try to copy some parts of the page but it's almost the same to start from 0 since only the easy parts are more copyable, the user-side scripts are usually scrambled and the server-side scripts well... you can't have them.

You should learn HTML and Javascript first, then PHP and others.
